Likha Restaurant at Southsea

Considered to be one of the best restaurants in Dumaguete City, Likha in Filipino dialect means to “create”. The name and the menu are the work of Chef Ritchie Armogenia who is one of the sons of the Armogenia family. They also own the famous Kri Restaurant located at Silliman Avenue where Ritchie is also the master chef. The restaurant is famous with its herb-encrusted mahi-mahi with roasted pineapple curry sauce which blends garlic, eggplant, chayote, napa, cabbage and chilis. The restaurant was recently featured in the May 2010 issue of Food Magazine and Business World online. Chef Ritchie studied culinary at the Colorado School of Culinary Arts and stints at Ritza Carlton, in the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver and Peninsula in Chicago.
